0165(2)(c) There is a loose white cable near the sliding door that needs to be attached to the wall; the air purifier cord needs to be attached to the wall so it is no tloose. 0165(3)(a) There was a sharp kitchen knife in an accessible drawer; it was moved to a higher shelf during the visit. 0165(3)(f) The shelf near the sliding door needs to be anchored to the wall. 0165(4)(c) The light bulbs in the bathroom are glass and not shatter-proof. 0165(4)(f) The gate on the stairs is loose and does not close all the way. 0165(5)(b) The outlet in the bathroom is TR but not GFCI.
